Mold Damage Remediation in Cape Coral, Florida

In September of 2009, homeowner Naomi M. discovered mold in her kitchen. A drain line within the wall had been leaking and caused mold to grow behind the wall damaging the drywall and kitchen cabinets.

Naomi chose Insurance Fire & Water Restorations to complete the mold remediation on her kitchen. IFW Restorations surveyed the damage and found that the mold had spread and caused damage to both the drywall and cabinets throughout the kitchen. The drywall and kitchen cabinets were removed and replaced while Naomi was able to make a few changes to her kitchen layout. She decided to eliminate the upper hanging cabinets on the wall leading into the living room area, giving her home a more open look. IFW Restorations also installed bamboo flooring to complete the restoration.

The mold remediation and restoration of Naomi's kitchen was completed in two short months. Naomi was so pleased with IFW Restorations' work that she gave "excellent" ratings in all areas of service! "Jon and company was very helpful and did a wonderful job!"

Kitchen Remodel in Fort Myers, Florida

In August of 2008, homeowners Mark and Lisa Y., contacted Insurance Fire & Water Restorations to remodel their dated kitchen. Their out-of-date kitchen was cold and sterile with white cabinets and black appliances. Mark and Lisa choose modern, warm selections to bring the kitchen up-to-date and help it flow with the rest of their home. IFW gutted the original kitchen, installed Anderson double-wide impact glass French sliders to replace the old sliders, aided the homeowners in designing a new layout, installed new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, replaced tile on the floor and backsplash, and installed granite countertops. The kitchen and bathroom demolition and reconstruction was completed in just nine weeks. Mark and Lisa were ecstatic with their newly transformed kitchen, "My wife and I are 100 percent satisfied with IFW's work. The space is 100 percent updated. The transformation is amazing!”
