Mold Damage Remediation in North Fort Myers, Florida

In January of 2010 homeowner, Jack L., discovered extensive mold growth behind the refrigerator in his kitchen. After further investigation, a water leak from a small slit in the refrigerator water line was discovered as the cause of the mold growth.

Jack chose Insurance Fire & Water Restorations (IFW) to complete the mold remediation on his home. IFW surveyed the damage and found that the mold had spread to cause extensive damage throughout Jack's mobile home. Subflooring in the kitchen had to be replaced, an exterior wall of the home had to be rebuilt, and exterior siding had to be replaced.

The mold remediation and construction of Jack's home was completed in just two short months. Jack gave IFW an "excellent" rating for the quality of our craftsmanship and our professionalism!
